Shipping & Returns

• Standard Delivery for the UK is Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days. For some items including electrical goods can take 10-15 business days. For delivery's outside of the UK is around 15-60 working days. Processing time is 2-3 business days for all orders, please bare this in mind when placing an order

•Customised wigs takes 7-10 working days for the wig to be made. Not including the delivery time
• Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
• A signature may be required on receipt.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

If a Customs declaration is made in respect of any chargeable goods, the person in whose name the declaration is made is the person liable to import duty in respect of the goods.

WIG POLICY

For hygiene, health and safety reasons we do not offer refunds on wig units. It is important you read our wig guide for advice on lace colour, size and installation by a professional. 

  • Orders experiencing delay: as a luxury hair vendor, providing the best quality virgin hair may sometimes mean your product can be delayed. We do not offer refunds based on delay, we always advise to schedule your hair appointment once you've received your product

 

Returns

 

How can I return/exchange my items or send my wig in for a service?

 

You'll be able to:

 

  • Send your wig in for either a revamp, lace replacement or reconstruction if you have ordered one of these services please contact us here houseofstyles24@gmail.com to book this service. You will be liable to send the customised units and pay for postage.
  • If you are shipping an item over £100.00 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Return items (*excluding handmade wigs) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your items. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
  • Please note we do not offer refunds on items with a discount code in your order
  • To return products, mail them to House of Styles, 17 Collings House Huntly Road, Birmingham B16 8JR. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Due to hygiene standards and regulations, refunds are not permitted on custom handmade wigs.
