Service Policy

Please Note

There is a strictly NO PLUS ONE policy as I am home-based and there is little space for extra company. If it is a child's appointment ONE adult only is allowed to accompany the child, please just come with the child who is having the appointment only. 

There is no parking on the road as it is for residents only, please park in the car park on the same road. Please make extra time to pay for parking before your appointment time. I am based by Five Ways, Birmingham. You will receive the full address when you have made your booking.

Please consider that your appointment time is an estimation of how long it will take to do your hair, we may sometimes run over i.e (if you have longer/thicker/ more density hair). Choose your appointment time wisely and make arrangements if appointments exceed the maximum time.

 

 

Payments

Please make deposit payments online via Card or PayPal.
Deposits are non - refundable, no deposit means no appointment.
After your service you can pay off the remaining balance by any one of these forms of payment; Cash/ Bank transfer or PayPal.

Deposits cannot be transferred to someone else's booking

All payments are final and there are no refunds on any services

 

 

 Late Policy/No shows

There will be a grace period of 15 mins, if you are more than 15 mins late a fee of £10 will be added, 20 mins late a fee of £15 will be added to your final bill. If you are more than 30 mins late with no correspondence your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will have to rebook in again.

If you do not turn up to your appointment and send a message after your appointment time, you will have to pay the full balance for your next appointment before the service is carried out. If you have 2 no shows you will automatically be banned from booking.

 

 

Re-scheduling/Cancellation Policy

If you choose to postpone your booking, you can re-book before 72 hours or more of your appointment within the calendar (days available) of your original booking without loosing your deposit via your confirmation email. 

Anything 71 hours or less of this period means you loose your initial deposit and if you decide to make another appointment a new deposit will then be required. 

No SHOWS will be automatically blocked on our system and you will be required to pay the balance before you can book with us again.

 

 

Lace wigs 

I do not work with synthetic lace wigs or fake scalp wigs.

If you are not purchasing a wig from me and you are unsure which wig to purchase please contact me and I can guide you on what to buy. 

  • If you are lighter skinned complexion - Transparent lace will be perfect for you
  • If you are brown to dark skin complexion - Brown or normal lace will be good for you
  • Hd lace is a thinner lace and is perfect for any complexion it will give a seamless undefined look, it costs more and is perfect for your event or going out.

If you have a low hair line or would like more parting space it is best to get a lace wig that is 13x6.

If you are booking this service please make sure to drop the wig off 5 days before your appointment. If your wig is synthetic or has a fake scalp in the lace I will automatically cancel your appointment and you will loose your deposit. 

 Colours

Colour services are only available for human hair extensions and Lace wigs. Hair needs to be dropped off at least 2 weeks before your appointment. For prices please contact me.
